Description

Located at Glacier Bible Camp in Hungry Horse, Montana, the weekend is a Christian, two-plus day intensive retreat complete with meals and amenities provided. We’ll be in the amazing and spacious Glacier Lodge for the duration of the weekend.

Check-in time begins at 5 PM Friday afternoon with dinner at 6 PM to kick off the event. We plan to conclude the weekend around noon on Sunday.

All rooms include two queen beds/full bath (linens included) and will be double occupancy.  We recommend you come with a friend and state your roommate on the check-out form. If you don’t have a preferred roommate we will assign you one.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations received by 11:59 pm, January 5th will receive a full refund.  Refunds after January 6th will receive a reduced refund (of $115) with fees of $60 deducted. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after January 12th.

Payment Plan & Policy:  Weekend cost is $185.  A $50 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve your seat.  A payment plan administration fee of $10 will be added to your total due for registration with a final payment of $145 by January 10th, 2026, or Pay in Full now.  An email confirmation will be sent with future payment instructions.

During this season of uncertainty, if Advance Hope Ministries cancels this event for any reason, the full ticket price will be refunded to you.
